Refund & Returns Policy

At ColorCoded Ltd, we take pride in supplying high-quality branded workwear tailored to your business. Because many of our products are customised, our returns policy differs slightly from standard retail.

Branded / Customised Items

All garments that have been embroidered, printed, or otherwise customised with your branding are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

This is because customised items are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be resold.

We strongly recommend that all customers carefully check:

  • Sizes

  • Garment selections

  • Logo placement and approvals

before confirming their order.

Plain (Non-Branded) Items

We accept returns on plain, non-customised garments under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If there is an issue with your order, we will resolve it promptly.

This includes:

  • Incorrect items supplied

  • Faulty or defective garments

  • Errors in branding (where the mistake is ours)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Order Approval & Production

Once your order has been:

  • Approved (including artwork/logos), and

  • Sent into production

it cannot be amended, cancelled, or refunded.

Recommendations

For new customers or large orders, we recommend:

  • Ordering sample garments 

  • Confirming sizing across your team

This helps ensure complete satisfaction before bulk production.

Sample garments have to be paid for and are non-returnable.

If a full order is placed on the back of a purchased sample then the cost of this sample will be refunded or deducted from the final invoice.
