Delivery Information
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery charges are shown excluding VAT, and VAT is added at checkout.

UK Delivery Charges

  • Mainland UK orders over £100.00 (ex VAT): free delivery, applied automatically. The threshold is calculated on the order value excluding VAT (£120.00 including VAT).
  • Mainland UK orders under £100.00 (ex VAT): £5.95 ex VAT (£7.14 including VAT).

For UK deliveries outside the mainland (ex VAT): Scottish Highlands & Islands £9.95, Channel Islands £13.95, Isle of Man £9.95, Northern Ireland £13.95.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

  • Plain (non-branded) items: dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of your order being placed.
  • Branded and customised items: delivered within up to 14 working days of your artwork being approved.

All delivery timescales are estimates, but we will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as we can. If your order is required urgently, please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Orders Delivered in More Than One Delivery
Some orders contain items from different suppliers or include branded items that are decorated before delivery, so your order may arrive in more than one delivery. We will keep you informed, and you will receive tracking information.

Couriers and Tracking
DPD is our main courier, and we use alternative couriers when required. You will be provided with full tracking information and notified of the day and time of delivery. All orders are despatched on a fully insured, express delivery service.

Larger Orders and Parcel Weight
All delivery prices are based on a maximum consignment weight of 10kg. If your consignment exceeds this, we reserve the right to contact you for an additional payment. For larger deliveries, please contact enquiries@colorcoded.co.uk.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. See our Refund policy for more information.

Customs and Import Duties
Delivery prices cover the cost of shipping only and do not include any customs or import duties that may be due on delivery to the Channel Islands.
