The Anthem AM012 is one of the T-shirts in my own personal collection, and it's a really good example of why I don't think every business needs to buy the cheapest T-shirt available. I particularly like the balance it gets between weight, comfort and quality. At 180gsm it feels substantial enough to feel like a proper T-shirt, but it's still comfortable and easy to wear. The organic cotton has a lovely soft feel, and I think the overall finish makes it a very good option for businesses wanting branded T-shirts that their staff will actually enjoy wearing. If you're looking for a versatile, good-quality everyday T-shirt rather than a basic promotional garment, this is one I'd definitely consider.

The Anthem AM012 Midweight T-Shirt is a 180gsm standard-fit tee in ringspun combed organic cotton (marl colours are 60% organic cotton, 40% recycled polyester), with a soft hand feel and a ribbed crew neck. A smart everyday organic tee, in 15 colours, sizes XS to 3XL.

Made from 100% ringspun combed organic cotton in solid colours (Marl colours are 60% ringspun combed organic cotton, 40% recycled polyester) at 180gsm, it has a standard fit, a soft hand feel, a ribbed crew neck, twin-needle stitching details and a twin-needle hem and cuffs. It carries a size label only. The supplier lists SEDEX, Amfori BSCI, Certified Recycled, Certified Organic, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and PETA Approved Vegan.

If you're ordering T-shirts for regular staff use, I'd recommend choosing a garment around this weight rather than automatically going for the lightest option. A 180gsm T-shirt gives you a better balance of durability, comfort and appearance, particularly when it's going to be washed and worn regularly. For the AM012, I'd also keep embroidery reasonably discreet; if you're looking for a large logo or detailed artwork, a good-quality print will usually be the better choice.
