The BY004 is another T-shirt I can personally recommend because I own quite a few of them. I've got them in White, Black, Navy, Bark and Soft Navy, and they've been part of my own collection for a good amount of time. What I particularly like is the fit, it sits nicely without being too loose or too tight, but for me, the real selling point is its durability and longevity. I've been genuinely impressed with how well these T-shirts stand up to regular wear and washing. The Build Your Brand BY004 T-Shirt Round Neck is a straightforward, regular-fit t-shirt in 180gsm 100% cotton, with set-in sleeves, neck tape, a ribbed neck and double-seamed hems. A comfortable base for rebranding, print and embroidery, in 34 colours and sizes XS to 5XL.

Made from 100% cotton jersey (180gsm; Heather Grey is 90% cotton, 10% viscose; Charcoal is 60% cotton, 40% polyester), it has set-in sleeves, neck tape, a rib cuff at the neck opening, double seams at the hem and a tear-out label. The supplier lists Amfori BSCI, FAMA, RSC Accord, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and REACH accreditations.

If you're ordering T-shirts for a team, don't underestimate the importance of getting the fit right. A garment can have all the right specifications but still end up sitting in a cupboard if employees don't enjoy wearing it. I've found the BY004's longer, slimmer fit particularly comfortable, and I'd recommend ordering a sample before placing a larger uniform order if you're unsure about the fit. I'd also choose the branding method based on the logo and intended look, a clean printed design works particularly well on this T-shirt, while a smaller embroidered logo can give it a more premium feel.
