A high-performance hi-vis workwear winter jacket designed for safety, visibility, and professional team presentation. The Portwest PW428 (T160) meets the demands of high-risk environments while maintaining comfort and durability.
Suitable for custom branding, this garment can be embroidered or printed without compromising visibility, making it ideal for construction, logistics, and site work. Available in a full range of sizes for consistent team outfitting.
The PW3 Hi-vis winter jacket is designed with both comfort and protection in mind. Made from Portwest Extreme stretch soft-touch fabric, it’s both waterproof and windproof, ensuring the wearer stays dry in all conditions. The added Insulatex™ Pro thermal insulation maintains body temperature without adding extra weight. Certified to EN343 Class 4:1.

Extremely water-resistant, PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco fabric finish – water beads away from fabric surface. Acti-Reach™ innovative one-panel construction increases arm and torso mobility when reaching, turning or twisting. Zipped chest pocket. One side zip pocket provides secure storage. Internal chest pocket. Pre-bent sleeves allow for increased freedom of movement. Hook-and-loop cuffs for a secure fit. Raglan sleeves for a comfort fit. Waterproof zips to prevent water penetration. Helmet-compatible adjustable hood. Innovative stretch panelling in key movement areas provides excellent comfort and flexibility. Heat-applied segmented reflective tape for added visibility. Two-way zip for quick and easy access. Five pockets for ample storage. Radio loops for easy clipping of a radio. ID card holder for ID card display. Internal phone pocket.
