When it's extra cold out, choose the Thermogen Powercell 5000 Insulated Heated Jacket (RG002) — a smart rechargeable copper heating zone connected to unique micro wires inside the jacket, with reflective details, plenty of pockets, and the ability to charge your smartphone through it.
The outer is waterproof Hydrafort 5000 peached polyester at 195gsm with taped seams and a durable water-repellent finish, insulated with 140gsm Thermo-Guard body insulation. It has a grown-on insulated hood with adjusters, storm cuffs, an adjustable shock-cord hem, a zipped chest pocket, two zipped lower pockets, an inner phone pocket and an inner battery pocket, an on/off button and a safety cut-off. The outer contains at least 30% recycled material. The battery pack is sold separately. Stocked in Navy/Magma, sizes S to 3XL.

Yes, the jacket lets you charge a smartphone through it from the battery pack.
How should I wash it?
Cool machine wash with Regatta Isotex cleaner or pure soap, taking the battery out first.
