The Beechfield BC045 Original Cuffed Beanie is a classic, affordable branded beanie for staff, clubs and promotions — soft-touch acrylic in a double-layer knit, with a wide folded cuff that gives your logo a clean embroidery area, in more than 60 colours.
Made from 100% soft-touch acrylic with a double-layer knit, it is one size, weighs about 72g and has a fabric weight of 340gsm. The colour range includes four fluorescent shades (Fluorescent Yellow, Orange, Pink and Green), which give high visibility in appearance but are not certified to EN ISO 20471 (see the note below).

Warm, Double-Layer Knit
The double-layer construction gives extra insulation in cold weather without being bulky, which suits outdoor teams through the winter months.
A Cuff Made for Embroidery
The wide folded cuff provides a good decoration area. Embroidery is the recommended method, because the textured, ribbed knit does not take print cleanly.

Fluorescent Colours: A Note on High Visibility
Fluorescent Yellow, Orange, Pink and Green make the beanie stand out in low light and bad weather. These colours are bright by appearance only. Is the BC045 suitable for embroidery?
Yes. The folded cuff gives an excellent embroidery area for company logos, club crests and promotional branding. Keep the design simple and bold, as fine detail does not show as clearly on textured knit.
Are the fluorescent colours certified hi-vis?
No. They are high-visibility in appearance only and are not certified to EN ISO 20471. For certified garments, see the hi-vis workwear collection.
Is there a children's version?
Yes. Beechfield also offers a junior version, the BC45B, for matching beanies for schools and sports clubs.
What is it made from?
100% soft-touch acrylic in most colours. A few colours, such as Charcoal, Heather, Antique, Ash and Granite, use a polyester and acrylic blend to create their mottled look.
How should it be washed?
It is machine washable. Follow the care label and avoid high temperatures, which can reduce the elasticity and cause shrinkage of the acrylic.
