The Result Safeguard R328X Hi-Vis Safety Cargo Shorts are tough, hard-wearing Class 1 hi-vis shorts in 280gsm polycotton twill with mechanical stretch, black contrast panels, reflective bands and a generous fit, made for warm-weather work. Certified to EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 Class 1, in Orange or Yellow, sizes XS to 4XL.

Made from 80% polyester, 20% cotton twill (280gsm), they have a partially elasticated high waistband with belt loops, rear patch and ruler pockets, a side cargo pocket, front slit and zip pockets, a hammer loop, a YKK zip fly with button, bar-tack stress points, reflective bands and a cut-away label. They are UKCA marked.

Class 1 Visibility

These shorts are Class 1 hi-vis and are normally worn with a higher-class upper garment for higher-risk work. They must be kept clean to remain effective. Choose PPE against your risk assessment and site rules.

Care: Maximum 25 Washes

Result's care instructions are a 40°C gentle wash, maximum 25 washes. Do not bleach, tumble dry, iron or dry clean.

How many times can they be washed?
Result's care instructions give a maximum of 25 washes at 40°C on a gentle cycle. Do not iron or tumble dry them.

Are they approved for rail work?
The manufacturer's product page lists EN ISO 20471 Class 1 only, with no RIS-3279-TOM approval.
